What is a training plan?
A training plan is your personalized roadmap to success. It takes the guesswork out of training by providing structured workouts designed to match your current fitness level, goals, and lifestyle. Instead of just “working out,” a plan helps you train with purpose—building fitness step by step while balancing intensity, recovery, and progression.

With a Branden Scheel Racing training plan, you’ll know:

What to do each day – hard, easy, recovery, or brutality. The plan will be clear

Why you’re doing it – the purpose behind each workout.

How it fits your goals – from your first 5K to the Leadville100, to your next Ironman, we will cultivate a plan to ensure your goals are accounted for and met.

It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s structured, flexible, and designed to help you train smarter, stay motivated, and race faster. We just remove the coach/team aspect to keep costs low for you!

Who are training plans for?

Training plans are a great option for athletes who want structured guidance without the higher cost of full coaching. They’re perfect if you:
