Our Minnesota camp is all about getting you as comfortable as possible while open water swimming. We will swim multiple times per day, with drills, workouts, and different techniques to make you flourish in the water instead of worry at your next triathlon.
We will also be doing run workouts each day, focusing on explosive run power. All speeds and abilities are welcome! Workouts will be scaled to ability level.
What is unique about this camp? You do not need to travel with your bike!!
Should you want to, there will be optional bike workouts/group rides to add to your camp experience.
There is also an optional sprint triathlon to add on to your camp entry. Please bring your own bike if you plan on racing in the sprint triathlon after camp.
The camp fee will cover coaching for the camp, tons of swag, giveaways, seminars, team activities, and much more! We welcome ALL levels to our OWS camp. This camp is for building confidence in the water, and building speed/strength on your run. We will break all workouts into groups so don't worry what level of swimmer you are when you get to camp. You will leave this camp a better athlete, regardless of what level you arrive at.
Only 30% deposit is required to hold your spot!
Pay the rest in as many payments and as small of payments as you want or need until the final due date!
What Should You Expect? Workouts and Swag!
