I hold a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Human Performance and am a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) as well as a Master Health Coach. As both a coach and an athlete—I’ve completed an Ironman 70.3, finished a marathon, and trained and coached as a CrossFitter—I understand the importance of balance, consistency, and fueling properly to perform and feel your best.

Through nutrition and habit change, I transformed my own life, and now I help others do the same. My coaching focuses on building sustainable habits, creating mindset shifts, and finding balance between training, nutrition, and everyday life—all while keeping the joy of food at the center. With individualized support, practical strategies, and accountability, I guide people toward lasting success, stronger performance, and greater confidence.
